THE ORB ("the Game") is developed by Stereovoid. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data Collection

THE ORB collects minimal data necessary for gameplay:

• Game Center Data: If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple handles your account information. We only receive your Game Center alias and scores for leaderboard functionality.
• Device Motion: The game uses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) for gameplay. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted or stored.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, address)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking
• Advertising identifiers
• Device information beyond what's required for gameplay

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of your data: apple.com/privacy

Children's Privacy

THE ORB does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The game is suitable for all ages and does not require any personal data to play.
